Which level is your urban co-operative bank?

RBI’s 2026 cybersecurity Directions for urban co-operative banks sort each bank into Level I to IV, based on its digital services and its connection to the payment systems. Answer seven questions to see which chapters are likely to apply.

1. Is the bank a member of the Centralised Payment Systems (CPS)?
2. Does the bank offer internet banking?
3. Does the bank offer a mobile banking app?
4. Is the bank a direct member of CTS, IMPS or UPI?
5. Does the bank run its own ATM Switch?
6. Does the bank have a SWIFT interface?
7. Does the bank host a data centre, or provide software support, for other banks?
