AvailableSupplier self-upload
Ask a supplier’s finance team for a list through a secure link and a six-digit code. They upload whatever their system exports.
AvailableAsset bulk upload
Download the Excel template for an asset type, fill it in and upload. Netra validates the file before anything is imported.
AvailableExisting policies
Upload the policies you already have. They sit alongside the live Netra policy, so auditors can see what the previous version said.
AvailableEmail one-time code
Multi-factor authentication with a six-digit code sent to the user’s email.
AvailableAuthenticator apps
Multi-factor authentication with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or any TOTP app.
AvailablePolicy PDF and policy pack

Your storage or ours
Move evidence into your own storage in three steps
Netra’s cloud works from day one. If your organisation needs documents in its own storage, an administrator connects it under Settings, Integrations. Connect it before your team starts uploading, so every file lands in the right store.
- 1
Configure
Choose the provider and enter its connection details.
- 2
Test
Test the connection before anything is stored there.
- 3
Set default
Make it the Document Vault for all evidence and attachments.
How evidence reaches the vault
Wherever it is stored, the evidence stays attached to the control it supports.
- 1
Work is done
A task is completed in any module.
- 2
Evidence attached
A note, a date and an attachment.
- 3
Stored where you choose
Netra’s cloud by default, or your own storage.
- 4
Fingerprinted in audit
Evidence accepted into an audit is tamper-evident.
- 5
Reported
Reports draw on the evidence, not on copies.
Quiet audits. Loud confidence.
Evidence you can trace and cannot quietly change is what lets an audit start from answers.

Can we keep evidence in our own storage?
Yes. Configure your storage, test the connection and set it as the default Document Vault. Netra’s own cloud on Microsoft Azure is the default if you do nothing.
Do you connect to other systems?
This page lists what Netra connects to today. If you need another system, tell us where your evidence lives and we will discuss how it fits.
What happens to files I upload for vendor discovery?
Sensitive columns are refused and the file is not stored.
Which sign-in security does Netra support?
Multi-factor authentication by email one-time code, or by an authenticator app.
Need Netra to work with another system?
Tell us where your evidence lives today and we will show you how it fits.
